These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LEMO TV website and services (the "Service"). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Service
LEMO TV provides access to media streaming software and a subscription that lets you view content on compatible devices. Feature availability, channel lineups and catalogues may change at any time.
2. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to purchase a subscription and be responsible for the account and any devices you connect.
3. Subscriptions & payment
- Subscriptions are sold for fixed terms (for example 3, 6, 12 or 24 months).
- Access is activated after payment is received and confirmed.
- Prices are shown in USD and may change for future purchases.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not resell, share or redistribute your credentials outside the purchased device allowance.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or overload the Service or its servers.
- You are responsible for your own internet connection and compatible hardware.
5. Content responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all laws and regulations that apply to you, including any local rules regarding the content you access.
6. Refunds
Because service is delivered digitally and activated immediately, refunds are handled case by case. Contact support if you experience a technical issue we cannot resolve.
7. Service availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages or force majeure events may temporarily affect access.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LEMO TV is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
